Booking & Appointment Policies Deposit Policy: A 20% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to show up, your deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduling: If you cancel within 24 hours but reschedule before the 24-hour window, your deposit can be transferred to your next appointment. Please review our full cancellation policy for additional details. Late Arrivals: Arriving late will reduce your appointment time, but the full-service price will still apply. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will result in an automatic cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited. Restroom Use: Please note that we do not have a public restroom. Kindly use the restroom before arriving for your appointment. Guests: To ensure a comfortable and focused environment, extra guests are not permitted during your appointment. If bringing someone is necessary, please contact me in advance to discuss arrangements. For facial services, no guests are allowed. No pets. Cancellation and No-Show Policy We understand that unexpected situations may arise. To provide the best service for all clients, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following policy: Free Cancellations: You may cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations Within 24 Hours: If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. However, I offer a one-time complimentary reschedule for such situations. No-Shows: Everyone deserves a second chance! You will receive one free pass for a no-show. Should it happen again, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
